Healthier Hospitality provides training and resources for hospitality workers to make venues a better place for everyone.
It’s no secret that the fast paced nature of hospitality often results in mental health taking a backseat.
We’re here to change that.
We can help businesses become compliant with the Code of Practice in regards to Psychosocial hazards set by SafeWork NSW.
Healthier Hospitality provides the knowledge, tools and resources to help staff recognise signs of mental illness, manage stress, and communicate better about mental health issues. By addressing these challenges head-on, we not only improve the wellbeing of employees but also improve overall workplace productivity and culture.
Our program has been created with a collaborative approach, bringing together industry leaders, government bodies, and educational institutions. Our team has seen the impacts of poor mental health within hospitality and is committed to making a real difference in venues across the country.

What other hospo workers say
“Even though it was a short training shift I really appreciated it and took home a lot. I’m still thinking about topics that have been mentioned and it’s already 3-4 hours later. Thank you for that.”
Course Participant, 2024
“Loved how engaging the training was. The staff knew the material well and delivered it clearly. The material was informative and is such an important issue relative to the industry given the last few years through Covid-19.”
